AUDIO GUIDE & PROMPTS

You’ve experienced the Innovators' Compass spaces before whether you thought about it or not, or used this language. These 1-2 minute guides can help you be more powerful using your Compass.

All the spaces bring out our curiosity, creativity, clarity, compassion, and courage in different ways. The guides are in the order many processes take; people bounce around. If another space suddenly calls you, you can go there; you can and will come back.

Pause anytime.

The Innovators’ Compass is portable—everything you need is on it, in you, or around you. Ten tools you always have that can help in any of the spaces: Your head, heart, gut, eyes, ears, body, hands; and words, pictures and stuff/space around us.

IDEAS - (re)dream what could happen, to have more options

EXPERIMENTS - (re)design ways to try, to learn more by doing

The guides offer the same ways to explore each of the four outer spaces:

(1) Re-CENTER on any PEOPLE  involved.

(2) Ask the question to get moving.

(3) Ask more to really get in the action—DISCOVER, DEFINE, DREAM, or DESIGN—and keep moving toward DETAILS or BIG PICTURE.

(4) Ask What else...to explore different paths.

(5) See in more NEW WAYS—with different views or TOOLS*

(6) See what questions you have about what you’ve got here.

(7) Use the other spaces to help. What do other spaces I’ve explored tell me? Which might help if I (re)explore it next?
